Returns
At Monira Atelier, every artwork is handcrafted by skilled artisans from Odisha, India. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, brushwork, texture and finish are part of the artwork's unique character and are not considered defects.
If you change your mind, we currently do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review the claim, we will offer one of the following where appropriate:
- A full refund
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories
- Contact us before returning any item
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or damage during shipping, Monira Atelier will cover the return postage.
For approved returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 10–15 business days after approval for the funds to appear in your account.

Every piece sold by Monira Atelier is individually handcrafted.
Small variations in:

- Fabric texture
- Natural materials
are a reflection of authentic craftsmanship and make every artwork unique.
